Last nights meeting went off with out a hitch.
We had good attendance and cover quite a few topics.
We watched a complete mold - environmental test by Randy Pierson of Southbay Home Inspections, covered some new bills before the California Legislature and had a round table discussion for a good part of the meeting covering what works and what does not. All of the inspectors left feeling a bit wiser and definitely fuller.
We formed a committee that will compile information about So Cal HI and the affects on the Realtors. We hope to be able to incorporate the info in the Inspectors Quarterly.
Our meetings will now become a traveling show, since we are covering such a large territory, we hope mobility will increase attendance and awareness of NACHI.
