A daunting task

I have been working on getting this course:

approved by all 50 states.

But before we can get THAT approved, we must become an approved school…by EACH state. This only requires about 5 forms, fingerprints, blood samples, and the promise of your first child. But hey, you gotta do what you gotta do.

We are getting it approved for continuing education purposes by all the real estate commissions.
