I’m just starting up my inspection business and am looking for the best places to put my dollars to advertise and get the quickest and best return.
I'm reaching out to the experience ones out there...
Are the yellow pages worth the money ?
What about local real estae magazines at hotels and news stands ?
Joint advertising ? What works ? I'd like to hear from the experienced .

1) Join NACHI - The experience and the tips in the marketing section of the members only portion of the message board are worth the price and then some.
The exposure on their search engines in 20 different zip codes you service can’t be counted. One inspection and it will pay for your membership…everything after that is gravy…(well maybe not as you pump damn near everything you make right back into marketing other areas)
2) Get a good website and learn how to get it ranked in search engines.
3) yellowpages are ok as long as you don’t waste your money on a big ad…just a bold listing will suffice.
4)…well, you’ll have to come and join us and see for yourself.
