Can anyone advise on what may be causing this on my ceiling?
It is a garage and above is a bedroom. (Coach houseB)

Looks like the paint is blistering. Could be caused by moisture in the material or inadequate priming before painting.

So my ceiling isn’t going to collapse then haha? 
It’s caused by paranoia.
Looks like poor quality taping and muding.
