MODEL: HC125B
S / N: CJL2339

Current owners says that it was in the house when he bought it 22 years ago.

The info that I have at http://hisearch.org/HydroTherm.aspx does not correspond with your serial number format, but it does have a contact number for Hydro-Therm.
