So do they have the black as neutral on the other end of circuit as well… or are receptacles wired in reverse. There is not a single wire in there done properly.

The list was long. The panel was dead. No power to it. The wires coming from the house to the garage were only 7 ft of the ground. The panel in the home had no breaker marked garage. So I think they just taped into a branch circuit to get the power. Never found the source. Deferred to a electrician.
Lots of code violations for sure, and black as a neutral is a big one.
