Yes.
I offer WDI (wood destroying insect) inspections and Radon tests which are ancillary services.

What services you may or may not offer largely depends on local conditions.
Being in Los Angeles, I offer pool inspections, as many homes here have them.
Indoor Air Quality and water testing are some others.
