I am considering adding annual home maintenance inspections to my services. InterNACHI used to offer a class on annual maintenance inspections, but I cannot find it on the website. Any guidance is appreciated.

I did try an internet search first and it referred to InterNACHI course and certification. However, when I went to InterNACHI website could not find course or certification. It appears that neither still exist.

I read all about this service and unless it is required by your state or local housing department I find it pretty moot. Either do an inspection while you’re there or not, don’t halfway do one and call it a “maintenance inspection”.
This of course is my own opinion.
