Personally, I find it hard to decipher, “At least one lighting outlet controlled by a listed wall mounted device.”
Dictionary: An outlet intended for the direct connection of a lampholder or luminaire.
I think the phrase should be termed as, at least one wall-switch controlled lighting outlet.
Just my 2 cents. I have other suggestions but I am being called away.
It is missing stairwells:
R303.7 Interior stairway illumination. Interior stairways
shall be provided with an artificial light source to illuminate
the landings and treads. The light source shall be capable of
illuminating treads and landings to levels of not less than 1
footcandle (11 lux) as measured at the center of treads and
landings. There shall be a wall switch at each floor level to
control the light source where the stairway has six or more
risers.
Exception: A switch is not required where remote,
central or automatic control of lighting is provided.
The term wall switch has been removed from the NEC so the graphic is keeping up with the actual code language.

210.52 Dwelling Unit Receptacle Outlets.
This section provides requirements for 125-volt, 15- and 20-ampere receptacle outlets. The receptacles required by this section shall be in addition to any receptacle that is as follows:
(1) Part of a luminaire or appliance, or
(2) Controlled by a listed wall-mounted control device in accordance with 210.70(A)(1),2017 NEC:

Controlled receptacles can also satisfy the requirement.
