Last weekend, I passed the national NHIE exam and was wondering if anyone in the Oklahoma City area would be willing to let me shadow them on any upcoming inspections. I’ve been on a couple of inspections, but I would like to see other issues with houses and other inspectors’ processes.
Ron, you may want to contact some Mentors, CMIs or CPIs within 80 to 100 miles, or closer, to your area and communicate with them. Maybe one, or more, will help you. Be discerning, as some inspectors feel as though they are training their competition by ride-alongs or mentoring or hiring and some are into it just for the $.
Here is the link for Mentors: https://www.nachi.org/mentoring and InterNACHI® - International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and https://ccpia.org/commercial-property-inspector-mentoring/ and https://ccpia.org/find-a-mentor/

Cool website Andrew.
Thanks Andrew!
If you’re available on Tuesday or Wednesday, then I can make the drive over there.
