Some electrical inspectors would have an issue with the clearance of the disconnect switch and the units wiring compartment.


Also (out of my field) I think there is a minimum air flow space needed.

Installed too close to the house plus insufficient clearance in front of the disconnect. Hard to tell from that picture though.
