I recently received a letter from a co. called usinspect

asking if I would like to join them . They would like someone

too represent them in my area. Has any one ever heard of

these guys?

for them, and couldn’t wait to leave. In N VA they seemed to be a repository for new inspectors and those who couldn’t make it on their own. Just my opinion though.

Yes they are out of Chantilly, VA. I did get the feeling that

they might feel like a ball and chain to work for.

USInspect recently filed suit against ASHI in many states. I don’t have all the details but we have a couple USInspect guys you could contact and see what’s up.

USInspect sent their Pete Cook up to our NY NACHI Chapter meeting to hammer out a deal for all of their USInspect guys to join but we couldn't get the deal done.

The USInspect members we have are great guys.

In there video they sent me. They brag about how bussy

there inspecters are. Partly due to relocation inspections.

Is there a easy way for me to promote myself as a relocation

inspecter? Also I heard some of these large co. take a long

time to pay for the inspection.

Ooops, I almost forgot. They donated some videos to our library last year. I think Gerry knows about this lawsuit against ASHI thingie but I haven’t followed it.

Hey Vincent,

They sent me the same stuff as you. I think USinspect is fairly new to the area and are trying to gobble up all the inspectors they can to control Michigan. Right now I'm not buying what they are selling. They wanted to know to much of my personal info right up front. Like how many inspections am I doing and how much am I making. They Also wanted to know how I was getting the work. I started this last September. Things are really picking up now, so I'm not ready to give it up to them yet.
