I had a client a couple days ago with a mold concern. I explained to her that, while if I see something that looks like mold I do call it out, but am not qualified to call it out as mold. I think calling something mold when/if you are not qualified is a mistake.
I always say possible organic growth viewed at __________.
I then add a photo to the report of the area.
How many of you here defer clients to a mold specialist?
