Attic Nightmare

I inspected this house, that was previously inspected. The horror is obvious. Take a close look, how many deficiencies can you identify?

Looks like it got a little damp up there…

Good thing that the insulation was in place to suck up all the water from that leaking roof!

Tyrone,

Ya need to get some photo software that will let you lighten your pictures.

Those look like Homegauge arrows. Doesn’t the new Homegauge let you lighten your photos.

I didn’t really get a chance to even partially inspect the attic in my photo below. I saw the bat dung in the first photo, looked up and saw the bat in the second photo, and left the attic. (Excluded from further inspection.)

#3 is the bat in the bottom of the furnace in the basement.

Tyrone…you should of asked if anyone could find something right…

The arrows are of fine quality and installed correctly;)

You’re in Kentucky and can’t take some bat dung and bats? :stuck_out_tongue:

Erby…

Don’t forget the ghosts and other such anomolies in pic #3

I’m used to the ghosts & anomalies and my mask protects me against the bat dung.

But I don’t do unsure footing in attics with bats flying around.

I can’t find the R value for Guano?

R value for Guano = It R very gross…
