I have got a Commercial Inspection coming up. All of the components in the building I’m qualified to inspect. I’m just tying to get an idea where I stand on pricing this job.
4000 Sq Ft building. Asphalt Shingled roof, 4 single toilet restrooms, 20 offices. No elevator. About 40 windows. 2 story with the first floor half under grade, 20 car parking lot. What are you guys charging for something like this?
