Are you talking about something like condition / occupancy checks?
Yes . Bank assessments . Mortgage assessments . Drive by inspections etc .

Google field inspection jobs and you should get a pretty decent list. The businesses can be regional.
I did a few thousand of them when I was first getting started. If you hustle, you can turn some pretty decent money. When you get established and start filling your schedule with home inspections they become more of a hassle.
