Basement waterproofing system

Where did I say that drainage tile keeps water out of a crawl space??

This was my question: Last week we dug up and checked 28 year old crawl perimeter drainage tile that was found to be in excellent shape. How long does it usually take to deteriorate?

Failure is often from sediment clogging up the line…to answer your question would requiring knowing the type of soil around the drain, how the drain was installed, any silt barriers and what type etc.

Even with the drain does work, more often than not another component (walls themselves) end up failing and you are back to square one.

Jeff

Outside basement waterproofing GA is, let there be an enormous endeavor, no doubt. Regardless of precisely what techniques the waterproofers use, it is likely to begin with the earth being excavated by them out from around your cellar. Lots of you simply tuned out, seeing a backhoe that was huge in your lawn scraping mud far from your base. Itis a frightening idea!

Per above lies/trash talking…as has been stated, too many drugs America ](,)](,)](,)](,)](*,)

Yooooooooo Freddo, we hand-dig all jobs, got that? Here’s photos of one… 2+ walls, 6’ deep

You see a backhoe, trencher or any g dang equipment…huh? No. Duh!
You see anything FRIGHTENING other than hard work that you peeps can’t handle, huh?

The homeowners would have paid MORE had they bought the LIES from the inside system companies they got estimates from and had an interior basement system and sump pump installed. And they’d still have water entering, more mold, efflorescence… dumb azz. Now, THAT is friggin FRIGHTENING ya stinky turd.

Here’s a short video where an interior basement system originally BS’d the homeowners in video, then they woke up and figured out they were getting lied to, misled, ripped OFF!!!

‘Frightening’ TA think, soooo many supposed, self proclaimed honest experts lie and cheat sooo many homeowners.

Now go back to your building-blocks ya pre-schooler

Where oh where is Mr D Macy, Bubba hasn’t seen him around…?

Adding to Dave’s insights on this subject, here’s another interior drainage system, basement still leaks, more mold… I was at this house several years ago and told the seller and realtor exterior waterproofing is needed to stop the water penetration through exterior cracks in basement walls, did they listen, take any advice? NOPE! lolol same old American bullshtt, in fact in one small room they ADDED dimpled membrane against part of basement wall to try n hide, conceal defects and divert incoming water hahahaa, FRAUD!

Interior drainage system was installed here as well, plus wall anchors! $$$$$$ BIG green

So you see the inside walls here and the wall anchors, right??? You are totally mistaken if you tell potential buyers that the basement walls are okay, that the interior system is okay, need to be sued, yes you do.

Here’s 2 videos of the outside walls, EXISTING DEFECTS, existing structural cracks etc that the INT system and wall anchors didn’t do sqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqquat about

just because a seller, home inspector or realtor doesn’t know about these existing structural cracks in foundation walls, or doesn’t want to know, doesn’t change the friggin facts there were there when house was sold . They DID know the basement was leaking, they did know they had some cracking, movement in walls YET hired an INT system company who did NOT repair/waterproof ANYTHING!!!

Hope Dave Macy is well

i called this guy lil while ago after watching n listening to HIS, a realtors… ‘Top 5 repair solutions leaky basement’, lollll

–longer downspout ext’s and grading doesn’t, hasn’t identified how-where water is getting into basements

– 4:55 sump pump… claims sump pumps ELIMINATE 85% of water problems, absolutely false claim, misinformation= the norm these days

–7:25 says INT perimeter drainage system costs $5,000–8,000… almost never! more crap

–7:50 says $10,000–13,000 per wall i beams

did he go in depth at all on exterior waterproofing?

on digging to remove clay soil and possible underground tree roots against F walls?

on EXTERIOR cracks in block walls like this, which was why the basement leaked n had some mold and lots efflorescence on inside blocks?

in this realtors video, you can see 6:50 he brings up certain co’s who do interior systems in his area like Franks’, Roto Screwter… n so this is where he gets HIS misinformation from, least in part and as ya see HE helps SPREAD the lies, scams, misinfo n would not at all surprise my dumb az that Mr or Mrs realtor get kickbacks for recommending the INT terds
