Thanks Charlie. I will be spending some time down your way after the holidays. I will look you up. The bottom fell out of my business July 1 of this year for some reason. From July to November, a 5 month period, I only could muster up 38 inspections. Not enough to stay in business. I will actually be making more in retirement than doing home inspections. There is just too many guys doing $199 inspections here. Marketing as a CMI here just means not to suggest me because I am too alarmist. Sad for home buyers I guess.

This is very sad to hear. I’ve learned a lot from you over the past 6+ years on this message board. You’ll always be one of the best in my eyes.
