I have a brick veneer which will be removed and replaced with a different color brick veneer. The veneer is attached to a CMU masonry wall. The brick ties will be damaged during removal. Are there brick ties I can use to attach to the masonry wall, drilled, epoxied, etc. Who makes them?

Ask your designer or builder … and make sure ya put enough ties (there are max areas per tie depending on the type), weep holes, and flashing to meet local codes and good construction practice.
May be a good time to look closely at the required sheathing paper and possible structural sheathing deterioration if the old veneer was in really poor condition.
Just my opinion and 2-nickels ...
