Why are the home inspectors the only ones to benefit from this program? In this area of all the homes that are sold only half of them are inspected. If Brinks marketed to the Realtors they could double there business. Is there a law that prevents the Realtors making additional money in this way?

Nick 2 issues to beware of:
1. The consumer privacy act. In it it states that you will not release the client info without first obtaining a release from them and advising them as to what information will be released and to who.
Brinks does have a work around..but this is a MUST...if not the HI could be in the line of site of those attorney types!
2. I recently had a bad experience with Brinks...actually one of their inspectors. It seems that after I asked that they inspect my clients security system, during the inspectors visit the buyers asks him who he should use and the Brinks inspector referred him to 3 of my competitors. The sad thing was he did not even include me in the list.
The only reason I found out was the seller then asked me which of the 3 HI's the Brinks guy recommended should he use!
