Does anyone have experience or knowledge of per inspection E & O insurance? I thought I had seen that topic on the forum before but cannot locate it.

That’s odd, I used the forums search feature and typed in “per inspection E & O insurance” and came up with 100 different threads on it.

Weird. This is almost the same total cost I pay per year with Elite MGA when you add the two together. It’s like within 200 - and this is with all of my specific additions (Mold, etc). Am currently looking around bc two of the builders have gone w same company and unfortunately this means they wont cover any mishaps - which is one of the main reasons to have the insurance to begin. So … not too crazy about getting a amendment that states coverage wont apply if on a home built bby either builder (Dr Horton or DreamFinders)
