Hi Everyone.
Just curious to those are are on the Buy Back program. Do you submit the homes if it was a pre-listing seller inspection?
Thanks,
Is the seller buying the home? It’s a “buy back” guarantee.
I would think, no, Max.
Ok thanks. I didn’t think so, but just was curious and wanted to make sure.
Have a wonderful day.
Q: How long is the Guarantee good for?
A: InterNACHI® honors the Guarantee for 90 days after closing. This is stated clearly in the first bullet point of the “fine print” section of www.nachi.org/buy.
**Since it is honored for 90 days after closing, not just the inspection, the Guarantee is the perfect companion to seller inspections.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If your participating inspector misses anything, we’ll buy your home back.
And now for the “fine print”:
- It’s valid for home inspections performed for home buyers and home sellers by participating InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspectors® only.
Yes. It transfers to buyers.
It must be listed by a relator on the MLS system to qualify for the BuyBack program
Being enrolled in the Buy Back requires you to list every home you inspect.
Good to know, Julie. I was never involved in that program.
