She’s a leanin, or the other two are. Also, lack of safety railing,3 or more steps.

Yeah, the buildings on either side of the ‘Restaurant’ have a serious lean to the left. icon_wink.gif

I wonder if it was built by family members that constructed that white tower in Italy a few hundred years ago.

From the looks of it, the roll up door indicates an open storage area mounted by two levels of living area. If this is a garage, that leaves little room for internal supports (columns and/or walls).

Front door leads directly into a staircase (assumably). Is there a basement?

If that building was here in CA, I would say "typical earthquake damage." ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)

I would be surprised if there was no basement, basements are standard equipment in Boston.

The roll up doors only indicate a typical store front in one of Bostons less prestigious neighborhoods.

Two show windows on either side of an entry way, all armored to keep the glass intact. ![icon_rolleyes.gif](upload://iqxt7ABYC2TEBomNkCmZARIrQr6.gif)

While you get to drive by the Oscars icon_biggrin.gif I used to get to service places like this.

Basements very scary, I have been surprised by rodents, homeless and prostitutes providing their services.

Good thing this building is not on the west coast I do not think it would stand up to the smallest rumblings.

When I was a kid I used to live in a place like that.

It was hard to walk from one end of the room to the other do to the slope of the floors,

Especially when I had my rollerskates on.
