Chimney, Fireplace, Stove course

Pointing out a correctly answered final exam question, erroneously marked as incorrect:

Q:The inspector should inspect for chimneys that terminate less than ___ feet above the highest point where they pass through the roof surface.
A: 3

As per CHAPTER 9, module CHIMNEY OUTLETS, is as reads the following:

Chimney Outlets

The inspector should inspect for chimneys that terminate less than:

**3 feet above the highest point where they pass through the roof surface;**
2 feet above any portion of a building within 10 feet;
3 feet from adjacent buildings or building openings; or
10 feet above grade or walkways.

*Please correct this mistake. These issues are preventing me from achieving perfect scores.

Almost every course I’ve taken, there was a glitch like that somewhere. Some were in the quizzes, some the final exam.

If you take a screenshot of it and send it to Ben@InterNACHI.org I believe he would want to correct it. Just a thought…

With so many different courses offered by InterNachi, there are going to be errors. At the end of each course, there is a questionnaire asking if you had any issues/problems with the course.
As you take the courses/quizzes/final exam, when you find any errors or discrepancies, write them down so you can include them in the questionnaire.
They do read these questionnaires. One error I found last year I noticed has been corrected.
Good Luck!

Okay thank you. Other than that, no problems. I am enjoying the curriculum.
