Chimney Flue Snow and Rain Cover

Does anyone see anything wrong with this chimney except the snow and rain cover missing ? Thanks In Advance

Doesn’t appear to have a cricket and looks wider than 30", but that may be blinded by the shadow in the pic.

The cricket is there, but I see part of the top of the flue that might not be sealed properly and allow water intrusion. The flue should be up a minimum of 3" and be sealed properly around it’s perimeter.

I believe the flue should extend past the top of chimney and proper chimney and rain cap installed.

What’s with the rubber membrane on the crown or chase cover? And it’s folded into the flue.
