Passed the tests and waiting for my official License number from TREC. This “inspection” was an “unofficial” inspection so I could test drive software and make the most of a learning opportunity.

We don’t see too many slab foundations in the NE. Correct way to repair that would be application of a bonding agent/concrete fortifier, mix fortifier into mortar and reset. Mortar joint along the slab will need to be repointed to eliminate mositure from getting into the open joint and further development of cracks from freeze/thaw.
