Citizens Insurance 4pts @ 30 Years.

Me too. Thanks again Eric.

Did it ever occur to you that the minimalist approach to 4-Point and Wind Mitigation inspections is what is causing the underwriters and state to develop and modify these inspection requirements?

How many inspectors indicated the presence of clips when only 2 nails were used - (and I know many of you took the courses that taught that a minimum of three nails were required).

Or just giving basic information about systems without discussing hazards in your 4-points. Now we have the underwriters defining how we should do our jobs.

To a large extent I would say that WE are the cause of the changes.

My form is correct.
Here is the original from Citizens. Citizens residential lines

The mistake was made by the monkey that designed this the form and I should apologize to monkeys for the previous statement.

This form: Magnum Citizens 4-point has the signature box added.

Speaking of which, I have been informed that several insurance companies will no longer accept digitally signed documents from the Client. Evidently, they prefer the signature in crayon and refuse to join the rest of us in the 21st century.

Thanks Eric.

Sorry, Eric. the form still doesn’t work. Can’t type in 150 Amp CB in electrical. One would think they would have included this in the form between 100 amp and 200 amp.

You have to type it in the “other” box which is across from the 200 amp box. They didn’t leave enough room when they designed the form where it says 60 amp fuse.

10-4, pal. thanks!
