Cauldwell also has an excellent electrical book, Wiring a House that I used as a handbook when I rewired and added onto my house including two panels and an underground service--with not one "gotcha" from any inspections.
As other inspectors may agree, ITA is a great start, but as posted elsewhere on this site, "education is a journey (not a destination)." This board is a helpful source of real world information. Good luck in the Springs.
