Client never views report?

Bottom line and most important! :sunglasses:

Evening, Lon.
You go inspect in minus 45 with driving snow as an eskimo launches a harpoon at you. Lol.

In Montreal, as in any major metropolis, there are locations you do not like to travel to. I was circled by a mob of teens eyeing my equipment and throwing verbal jabs at one another trying to throw me off.
So yes, there are areas but I doubt as bad as some stateside metropolises like the Big Apple, Detroit, Chicago.

In general, I agree with you with this caveat…I think we would get fewer of those calls about this leaking or that not working, if all of our clients read the reports.

With stuff like this where you really don’t know I favor common ratios like the 80/20 rule where 80% of your clients read their report, but it’s the 20% who don’t that cause 80% of the headaches or something like that.

People never open reports all the time.

Unless there is a reason, we don’t even check to see if it’s been read. I turned off the notification button a long time ago.
