Well, the inspection got canceled late last night. Apparently, the building only allows one pet and my client has two so she canceled the deal. At least I learned something for the next one - Thanks for all the responses.
Always ask the client if the association handles the exterior. . And what do they handle?
If they handle all the exterior. Then it will be an interior inspection only. With the exclusion of the outside AC unit.
I wish I had eight of them a week. If not more. It’s just too flipping easy.
Well Simon, I did mention it in my report. I try to keep it simple and in Layman’s terms ;
" The TPR valve drain blowoff leg doesn’t appear to be a leg at all. Further evaluation by a plumber, doctor or the Doorman is recommended…"
I would definitely check with current owner for help in locating water heater and sub panel. I have had condos where the water heater was challenging to locate. In one, it was under the air handler. The other thing is the sub panel, in occupied units are very often hidden behind a piece of art. It saves time hunting.
