Not every course in this world is for every inspector. I know plenty of inspectors who would sign up for this 4-day course which gives NACHI members $200 off, or this log home one I announced earlier today http://on.nachi.org/durhamkawartha/events.html which gives NACHI members $300 off. 4-day courses run about $1200 because that is what it costs to coordinate and advertise. I don’t think the pricing is too out of line. I think NACHI members are a little spoiled (not a criticism of members… I’m happy they are spoiled and strive to spoil them further!) by inexpensive continuing education at our Convention, Chapter meetings, and online.
