The good news is because there are no functioning systems without material defects it’s gonna be tough to miss something big. On top of that, the boilerplate stuff found in most home inspection software should be sufficient to whack out an acceptable report in a jiffy. Collect $250 as you pass Go.
It always cracks me up to think there was a day when that house was brand new and somebody moved in and thought, “I’m going to take such good care of this house…”
