It was an ugly building to start with, but those cracks don’t help!

What an eye sour.
I don’t know, they may help with drainage, and they do add character to an otherwise mundane surface.

How quickly we forget! Champlain Towers, you can’t have rebar rusting inside the concrete!
Of course if the whole building collapsed it would improve the landscape!
Appears it might be a thin concrete overlay that was improperly installed.
