I guess what the XBOT can do is steal a part of my BC360HV logo? Is that what you are saying? I just want to be clear.
Love to know what your talking about! A part of your logo… what part is that?
I dont know if you got my email, but i used the traxxas sport pickup with the flysky controller and a camera that worked with my work phone. All in at that point was less than 800. Then i upgraded to a better camera DJI along with DJI goggles that put me at about 1500.
Scot, I’m not really sure where the hostility is coming from here. I don’t see any similarity between your last iteration’s logo and @mslawinski’s current one. The closest thing I can see is the X (based on the painted/brush style of their logo on their site) looks like it has a bit of a swish in one of the lines that might make it look like a lightning bolt?
We’re here to talk about the positives of investing in a crawler, so let’s focus on that and not attacking each other alright?
As for @vmarbella the jump to DJI’s digital fpv system is a good idea for getting a much stronger signal underneath a home. The only downside is the cost of DJI parts/accessories. Good news is that there’s more players coming into the market which should hopefully help lower costs of things like digital vtx’s and receivers and make digital systems a lot more affordable.
Hey there Brian, thanks for pointing that out, missed that in the first few seconds. I didn’t see it on any of the product photo’s on the website or anywhere else in the video, but @sbaker2 I apologize for missing the lightning bolt in that part of the video.
Hay guys,
We often do custom logos. The XBOT you see in the start of a video was a one-off . He was a home inspector blogger. The lighting bolt was his logo and we get compensated to put it on.
Hope everyone has a great day and stays safe out there!
Another example of a paid for logo
Here is a nasty crawl space that I would not personally crawl through.
I disclaimed the crawlspace as not safe to traverse personally because from the hatch I could see rodent droppings and nesting and lots of fallen insulation on the ground. It smelled bad, too. And although the clearance was ok in the front of the home, it was a tight fit towards the rear.
So just to get a little more information, I sent in my home made crawlspace RC.
I use a couple lume cubes for lighting. A GoPro Hero or GoPro Max camera. All mounted to a Axial-10 crawler kit from the hobby store (about $800 all-in with upgraded battery and multi-channel controller and charging equipment)
On this occasion I found a couple disconnected sewage pipes leaking into the crawl space and a bunch of nasty stuff I refuse to put my body in contact with.
This is not a substitute for a complete crawl space inspection, it is just a high speed romp through some rough terrain.
Nice one Bert!
Do you have a tether on there to pull it back in case of major trouble?
No, But I do love an excuse to run back to Hobby Town or Best Buy to upgrade to the newest stuff.
Seriously, yes I have gotten it stuck in mud before and had to crawl in and get soaked. I was not happy. Luckily it was not far from where I live so a hot shower was not far away.
If I got it stuck in a mouse poop nest or a pool of sewage, I would really just let it go and start building crawler 2.0.
Don’t blame ya, lol.
