What are the current Tennessee requirements for becoming a Home Inspector? I have read through the posts and have seen the upcoming legislation and agree that professionals need to have control measures in place to maintain the professionalism used within their field. However, there is no mention of how to become an HI at the current time. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

The law states something about the governor having to strive to appoint a member of NACHI to the licensing board, which has yet to be done as far as I know but NACHI member David Vaudrey would know for sure.
