Is there anyone trying to get NACHI into the new home inspections??? The state requires that anyone inspecting NEW HOMES be licensed( in most areas), or an ASHI member. This was brought up a long time ago, and I thought that Nick was going to take care of it, so that NACHI was included. That was about a year ago and have not heard a word. Tenn inspectors email me and let’s see what we can do to get this changed. It is a lot easier in this state to get a general contracting license, than a home inspection license.
