curvy wall

hi


I took a few pictures of some houses and hope you may be able to comment on them. this was a 1945 raised foundation ,stucco. the wall starts out straight but then toward the back end it starts to curve out .


the foundation seems to raise up and down along the bottom too. what maybe the cause of this? the found also leans outward.

It appears to me that the concrete forms bowed when poured and then the walls were built on the foundation causing this.
