FYI- This was a structural engineering inspection. I have attached the profile of the beam verses the straight line between the beam pockets using a laser level. Notice the left pocket is about 7/8" lower. IMO the foundation didn’t warrant jacking up, so I just recommended shimming up the piers. The wall crack in the photo is on a wall perpendicular to the beam between Piers 1 & 2. Piers 1 through 4 had been wet in the past with water stains. Piers 1 & 2 had some wood rot at the bottom.
