Do you think ICC should be req for HI's??

Frank,
If you are willing to fly out to California and buy me lunch… I will gladly show you my badge and ID card…

Remember, You already had to Eat your own words… You said that I was NOT a certified ICC Inspector, you were PROVEN WRONG!

How about this? I hope Nick is reading this one… he will even get a kick out of it. Let’s make a deal… IF I Prove you wrong (again) that I am a Reserve Police Officer, you have to RENEW my NACHI MEMBERSHIP MEMBERSHIP FEE this year…

How does that sound???

**

No:) **

Hey Frank,
How come you are not ICC certified? Anyone can pay to be a member… writing a check is easy…Now passing an ICC Exam, very difficult… Bragging that you are a “paid” ICC member is comical… Anyone can pay to be a member, not everyone can PASS their Exams!

Hey Barny Fife!

Get a grip! All you have to do is explain this from Lt. Miller!

, I have reviewed the message that you forwarded to my office.
I have ****also reviewed our employee roster and was unable to locate a Justin Watts. I suggest that you contact the appropriate authorities in your area of jurisdiction for additional action(s). **
**> Thank you very much for your concerns. **
**> **Lieutenant H.MILLER

I would also add that Officer Boyne is a Watch Commander and he also said that you are not listed as active, inactive, retired, auxiliary, and or reserve.

Now Barny, if you have joined the Orange County law enforcement family since 03-26-2006 then you are now legit.

The only problem is that prior to 03-26-2006 you were lying through your teeth.

EXPLAIN Lt. MILLER’S RESPONSE TO HIS SEARCH!

Hey Barny!

Can you read?

PS:
Back to the issue…Explain Lt. Miller’s search results.

Hi Justin!

I think that you had better contact the International Code Council right away. There seems to be a problem with your membership. They do not have you listed under any category whatsoever.-X

I tried to look you up under Certified Member, and then Certified Building Inspector, and then just “Building Inspector.”

They all came back as “Sorry** - No records were found that match your search” **

Then just to make sure I checked “All Categories.” and came up with“**No records were found that match your search” **

**I did find a Watts, ****Randall A. in San Jose Ca. but that is 394.1 miles from your home, and I did find a ****Kenneth Watts in ****Hesperia Ca. but that is 80.9-miles from Rancho Santa Margarita. **

By the way, none of these two gentlemen are CertifiedBuilding*** Inspectors. ***

I DON’T JUST PAY FOR THE MEMBERSHIP AFFILIATION…

Barny!

I logged into the “members Only” section and looked you up. Since you do not pay for your membership affiliation then you are not listed as a member…DUUUHHHH.

Maybe that is why you do not show up as a Police Officer / Peace Officer / Secret Agent etc.
Maybe you should pay your Barny Fife Secret Agent Dues.

BACK TO THE ISSUE!
Explain the fact that Lt. Miller and Watch Commander Boyne told me and wrote to me that you are not listed as an active, inactive, retired, reserve or an auxiliary officer of any kind?

Are you calling them liars!

Frank,

Is there a point to your madness here? Who gives a rats a$$ if he is a police officer or not.

Are you going to renew my NACHI membership or not?
I will prove you wrong right now… First of All, I don’t work for the Orange County Sherriff’s Department. So ofcourse they could not verify that I work for them… and I love Barney Fife, Don Knott’s was my favorite! Bless his soul!

Are we on for the Bet? If I cannot prove that I am Reserve Police Officer I will PAY YOUR NEXT YEARS NACHI MEMBERSHIP!!! IF I PROVE YOU WRONG YOU PAY FOR MINE!!! SOUND GOOD!!! Come on, what do you have to Lose? Its just $289.00 Put your money where your little mouth is…

Hi Greg,
For some reason Frank Cares… I want to see if he is going to pay for my NACHI membership Dues.

I have no dog in this hunt, Officer Watts, but…just for my own edification…is gambling for money legal in your jurisdiction?

No Dog here either.

Gambling may not…

But…

I am sure defamation of character is…

Frank is jeopardizing the NACHI Organization if his allegations can not be validated…

"Signed, Frank Carrio
Current: ESOP Committee Member {NACHI}"

Watching a Member Self-Destruct is Unpleasant.

I am not gambling… Mr. Frank Carrio does not believe that I am a Reserve Police Officer, nor did he believe that I was a ICC certified Building Inspector. I already proved him wrong, since he was trying to “slander” my name… And now he is trying to “slander” me by saying that I am lying about being a Reserve Police Officer… which I am…

So I told him, that if I “proved” him wrong once again… would be willing to pay for my next years NACHI Membership… He can send the payment directly to NICK for me…

Do you call this Gambling? I sure don’t… I am not lying about anything, I have nothing to lose… therefore, I am not gambling…

Thanks Joseph…
Frank Carrio is out of control, and I think he owes me an appology…

Why is a member of the ESOP going outside of the ORG to grind an axe ? He of all people should know better.

Justin, I would file ethics charges with the ESOP committee for going after you like this. This is simply insane for someone to spend their time like this.

Justin ignore Agent Orange.

Thanks Guys…
Yes, I will just be the “better” man and ignore Mr. Carrio… One thing in life I have learned… You can’t reason with irrational people.

I have never heard of any police force or agency who freely gives out names of members of their force. (Where is Kevin Williams when we need him?). Especially requests from an email.

Kind of explains why the Lieutenant’s email recommended/suggested that the writer of the original email and question go through his local jurisdiction for action or answers.

John
You are 100% correct!

Sure would screw up a lot of undercover operations.
