Doesn't appear bonded

This panel does not appear to be bonded. Or am I missing it? The main shut-off in in this panel and I have already noted the double taps with the neutral and grounds together in some places under the same lug. I can’t locate a bonding strap, wire or screw.

The bonding screw is typically installed here on a Homeline panel.

The “electrician” must of had a hard time getting the panel to fit in the opening

Yes that is normally what I see but since it is not there I was looking for a strap or wire. But I guess if they were lazy enough to pair up the ground and neutral when there are plenty of lugs why would they add a strap or wire over installing the designed binding screw.
Looked like the electrician use the new Klein persuader 9000 to fit the panel

I don’t see it either. I would write it up along with the damaged panel and what looks like a missing knock-out in the bottom of the panel.

I agree with Richard and Kevin. It appears the 60 amp twin breaker (2nd down on right) is not a Square D Homeline breaker as the others are.

It is a compatible Siemens breaker. Good eye though.

I don’t see a GEC (grounding electrode conductor) either, what was on the outside?

That’s already noted. There is a rod outside but I am guessing it was not hooked up to the new panel.

Maybe…

Maybe NOT…

NM cable is not, typically, run in conduit…

If you’re asking about the service conductors it’s SE cable.

Sure, put him on the spot. I suspect he won’t fall for it!

Thank you!
