IIRC, that style of older C-H did allow two conductors, one under each side of the screw. I will check the truck to see if I have one that old. You can tell it is older by the metal feet for the mounting rail.

Jim, is this the type of 20 amp CH breakers you’re referring too? House built in 1985.

And one is last photo (plastic feet) is not?
