Draw Inspection

I have tried to get in on draw inspections here in Canada. I have been told time and again that only appraisers can do them. Has anyone had any luck??

I must be thinking about a different kind of draw inspection.
I was thinking new construction draws.

I have only done them on new construction but I would assume you may need them for remodeling of additions.

I agree!
If I’m not mistake there are about 6 draw inspections for a new home construction. They use to pay only $25-35 per draw. Even at $100 a draw I ain’t leaving my office for that unless it was a mile away…Nope.

Starting to do draw inspections for a local bank. Does anyone know of a software or an app for the draws to present to the bank?

Usually they have their own form they want filled out. It may or may not have slots for pics as well.
