Does WA require a home inspector license to conduct draw inspections?
I don’t believe anywhere requires a license… I’m sure banks (or the companies they hire to implement the inspections) look for licensed inspectors in states with licensing so to that extent if you’re in WA you’ll have a much greater chance of getting hired if you are licensed.
