Drvit is a generic term (and a brand name) for “synthetic stucco” exterior wall finishes, also known as “EIFS”. For more information:

I would stay away from it. The IBC (shapter 17) considers EIFS systems of such concern that they require both city and third party inspection because of its track record. You can rest assured that my name wouldn’t go on a report about EIFS, whether it be Dryvit, Synergy, Adeps, Genisis or whatever.
