Wait till you see what we got cookin’ with this e-brochure thing. We are using the professional (same as Hollywood uses) 3D modeling/animation software LightWave 3D to create custom virtual NACHI binders (for every member) which they can have on their websites (“Click here to view my brochure” link). It will work much like http://www.nachi.org/webseal.htm does now only it will be a virtual http://www.nachi.org/binder.htm that members can upload to and that a consumer or REALTOR can flip through immediately while on your website and then forward to a friend or client. No postage, no waiting, no cost! The pages even curl as you flip through.

Sorry it's taking so long but the wait will be worth it.

Sounds great. Can’t wait to see how it comes out. I imagine similiar to ASHI’s virtual home tour? or is this completely different?

Sometimes Nick posts some much new stuff that’s being worked on that I can’t keep track of what really gets done.

What about the WDI Course?

Nick, maybe you could list everything your working on, and list things that have been completed in the last 30 days? No way for us to keep up. ![eusa_think.gif](upload://lNFeGuTetUAtwNVgUSOuUzgrGGK.gif)

Or we could just keep checking the web site for the big announcements for when things are done, what things I'm not sure.

Chuck,

As far as the Arbitration service, Joe F. tells me to look for an announcement in a couple of weeks. That's the target date for launch. NACHI will then most likely have a quarterly enrollment schedule.

They are working on a website now and the link may be ready by next week. The site should have all the information we seek.

It's rolling.

Sorry for the delay, guys.

The arbitration and mediation service is up and running. The cost? A mere $90 per year to subscribe. Register on-line at www.nachiadrs.com

Enrollment period has been extended, because the launsh date went past Jan 1st.

Its a great service, and is really cost effective.

Where is a sample inspection agreement clause that can be used for both parties to agree to arbitration/mediation?

Looks like a great service.

I agree Mike. A well thought out contract with ADRS properly added would be a great thing. I guess we could add it to our existing contracts. eusa_think.gif

NACHI has provided us with such a good contract; perhaps it can be modified / updated by NACHI to include this service, and be presented in its updated form to the membership?

I'll politely disagree with that statement, particularly as it concerns California inspectors:

Which is a very, very good contract. Well put together, well designed, well thought out. Even so. . .

This thing went from e-brochures to ADRS. Odd. Very odd.
