My company is now providing elevation certificates in Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. 125$ dade and broward. $175 in palm beach

Are you guys just recommending your land surveyor or is it a portion of your inspection package and making a cut for scheduling ? You can PM me if you don’t want to answer that here thanks
