Did an inspection on a small cabin and it had a low sloped epdm roof. I noticed that with the wind blowing I could see the rubber ripple under the wind. Is the epdm adhered with a mastic? the seams and edge seemed to be held down by mastic, but not the main part of the membrane. Any thoughts?

Kevin,
I've seen all sorts of Rubber roofs that contain ripples and massive air bubbles under them. I've recommeded a roofer evaluate every one of them. I had one rubber roof that was sealed at the edges only. As I walked on the rubber, I felt like I was on a trampoline. I Red Flagged it.
These rubber membranes need to be secured (glued) throughout the entire roof.
Air bubbles and major ripples should tell you that they are not secured properly.

Kevin,
I installed one for myself and the instructions had me glue down the entire roof. Big pain to get all air bubbles out!! Not sure how the roofing companies do it but the manufacturer of the stuff I used would not warranty it unless it was glued down.
