I complete a home inspection and the client is unable to attend. The realtor wants to pay for the inspection for the client. Accepting payment from the Realtor could be considered a conflict of interest since the Realtor has a vested interest in the outcome of the inspection.

I care less who paid as long as report is signed and paid FOR .
