The HOME Reference Book by Carson Dunlop is a must have for every Home Inspector. You can find them here http://www.carsondunlop.com/orderform/usa/itm00058.htm there won't be too much on the test that is not covered in this book. If you are thinking about inspecting new construction, the Code Check books can't be beat, wish they had a Florida Code edition.
