I’ll have to give Linas Dapkus all the credit for finding this and posting it over on the NACBI forum.
It’s a free program that will stich thermal images with little to no effort. It’s the best I’ve ever tried. Microsoft ICE is supposedly pretty good for regular images but it has no clue how to handle thermal images.
